Scott Boardman, Executive Director
Scott's professional experiences have been focused in the areas of public policy and administration. Prior to his role as Executive Director, Scott served as WCX's Program Associate. Scott holds a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Georgia with concentrations in local government and public finance. Upon completing his MPA, he was awarded the Hatfield Resident Fellowship with the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT). While at PBOT, Scott worked on several efforts within the bureau's Policy, Planning and Projects group, including a project tracking system and policies aimed at ensuring the sustainability of Portland's transportation network for years to come. Scott's past endeavors also include assisting the City of Philadelphia in improving both its operating and capital budgeting practices as well as aiding the City of Tybee Island, Georgia, in updating and revising its Land Development Code. In addition to his MPA, Scott graduated summa cum laude from Clemson University with a BS in political science.
